Hatha Yoga

A combination of movements to enhance energy followed by deliberate postures to create deep core strength and soft flexibility of the body, mind, and spirit. This class includes meditation. All levels, variations given.

Mindfulness Meditation

These drop-in classes are designed to help you integrate mindfulness and self-compassion into your life. They are a respite in the midst of your week – a chance to reconnect with your inner wisdom and compassionate self. When you walk into our studio, you can drop out of the stress and distractions of your day and drop into the welcoming embrace of your breath. The meditations will ease your body and soul. The guidance will give you the tools and understanding you need to respond with greater equanimity to your day-to-day experiences.

  • Guided and Silent Meditations
  • Mindful Movement
  • Q&A Discussion​
  • Chairs, cushions and blankets are provided, although feel free to bring your own if you choose.

Mix – All Levels

FIRST AND THIRD SUNDAY OF EVERY MONTH. A mix of Yin, Restorative, and Gentle yoga. All levels, variations given.


SECOND MONDAY OF EVERY MONTH. Relax deeply, release stress, and restore your “self”. Practice being present for your life in this very gentle class. Experience the combination of supported postures, pranayama, and meditation to ease your body, mind, and soul. All levels welcome – This class stands alone or as a support for your more active yoga class.

Yin Yoga

SECOND WEDNESDAY OF EVERY MONTH. This class consists of 5 or 6 postures, that can be modified to each student. The idea of Yin is to give extra time in each stretch to move the fascia or fibrous tissue that effects stiffness of the joints and muscles. This class is designed for all but will especially assists those that find stiffness and stress in the body.

Yoga for Longevity

Safe and effective, this class consists of maintaining our flexibility and strength through balanced movement and breath. As we move consciously into ourselves with gentle yet deliberate postures we will find that we replenish and renew the body, mind, and spirit. You will feel more spacious, present, and available for what emerges. This class is designed to maintain vitality for life!
